Health & Safety Benefits
As a permanent team member you will be covered for Medical Insurance by your home province/territory for your first three months of employment, at that point you will be enrolled into the Alberta Health Care System.
This is a small example of what you’ll be entitled to under our Benefit Plan.
100% coverage for prescriptions, $1000.00 per year of paramedical services i.e. massages, chiropractor, podiatrist, naturopath (with an annual deductible of $25.00 per calendar year per person or per family).
Once you have completed a full year with us, on the 1st day of your 13th month, you will be eligible for dental coverage. This includes 100% coverage for checkups, cleanings and X-rays without an annual deduction. Fillings, root canals, treatment of gum disease, etc. are all 100% covered. Major services such as crowns, bridges and dentures are all payable at 50% (with an annual deductible of $25.00 per person or per family).
Eye exams are covered to a maximum of $40.00 per year. Prescription glasses, contact lenses and laser eye surgery are covered to a maximum of $350.00 every 24 months per employee or dependent.

Responsible for measurement of financial results, control and protection of assets, maintaining colleague payroll, and financial support to all departments.
Grounds and Golf Course
Responsible for the maintenance of the vast grounds, gardens and the world-famous Jasper Park Lodge Golf Course.
Responsible for coordinating the search and selection of all colleagues, maintaining colleague benefit and other programs, learning and development, and ensuring the flow of communication is encouraged and maintained amongst all departments.
Responsible for maintaining the many facets of our staff area including rent and staff residence, mail handling, uniforms, the staff gym, and the cleanliness of the staff areas.
Responsible for the purchasing, receiving, storing, and delivering of goods for the entire hotel.
Sales & Marketing
Responsible for promoting and attracting business and successfully selling our property for tour groups, conventions, and meeting spaces. Also responsible for all advertising and marketing efforts.
Responsible for the overall safety and security of our guests and staff.
Responsible for services provided to our guests on their arrival and departure including transportation, baggage handling, and on site shuttles.
Responsible for the check-in and check-out of all guests and general inquiries.
Responsible for taking and processing all room reservations, including individual, group, and tour bookings.
The key communication area, where all incoming calls are handled and general guest inquiries are addressed.
Located in the main lobby, this area provides varied information to guests concerning onsite activities, local tours, transportation options, and must see areas in Jasper National Park.
This department is responsible for the daily cleaning of all guest rooms and overall cleanliness of the public areas. Housekeeping is also responsible for lost and found for the entire hotel.
Responsible for the laundering of all linens, towels and uniforms for the Lodge. Laundry also provides dry cleaning service to our guests and colleagues.
Responsible for the preventive and general maintenance of all areas and mechanical systems within the resort.
Conference Services & Catering
Responsible for the planning and coordination of conferences and catering functions.
Responsible for high quality food preparation for each dining outlet, banquets, receptions and the staff cafeteria.
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all food and beverage wares and equipment.
