Group Benefits include medical, vision, dental, short-term disability, basic life insurance, supplemental life insurance, and the employee assistance program are available to full-time permanent employees.
As a permanent team member you will be covered for Medical Insurance by your home province/territory for your first three months of employment, at that point, you will be enrolled into the Alberta Health Care System. Here's a sample of what you’ll be entitled to under the Benefit Plan.
100% coverage for prescriptions, $1000.00 per year of paramedical services i.e. massages, chiropractor, podiatrist, naturopath (with an annual deductible of $25.00 per calendar year per person or per family).
Once you have completed a full year with us, on the 1st day of your 13th month, you will be eligible for dental coverage. This includes 100% coverage for checkups, cleanings and X-rays without an annual deduction. Fillings, root canals, treatment of gum disease, etc. are all 100% covered. Major services such as crowns, bridges and dentures are all payable at 50% (with an annual deductible of $25.00 per person or per family).
Eye exams are covered to a maximum of $40.00 per year. Prescription glasses, contact lenses and laser eye surgery are covered to a maximum of $350.00 every 24 months per employee or dependent.
RRSP and employer-matched DCPP programs are available to full-time permanent employees.
Destination Travel Program
Bienvenue and NCA Employee Discount Travel program is available to all regular full-time and part-time employees within the NCA region.
Provides Employees with a discount to stay and experience luxury and mid-Scale hotels, resorts, or property owned, operated or managed by AccorHotels while on leisure travel outside their location.

Education & Growth
Education & Professional Development
After the completion of one year of continuous service, you may be eligible to receive tuition reimbursement for part-time courses related to your occupation at a recognized College or University. Prior approval must be received from your Department Head and Talent & Culture.
Educational Assistance Forms may be obtained from Talent & Culture. If you leave the property within one year after your total reimbursement, you will be required to repay the full amount to the hotel. This is considered a taxable benefit.
